Sorry, but I can't help you in the $200.00 range. The best place to find a pedal steel guitar on the Internet would be the Buy and Sell section of the Steel Guitar Forum. I think you'd be safer dealing with them than someone at an auction site. Be prepared to pay more than $200.00 though.
