Hi Buddy I happen to run across some old pictures the other day. I was stationed at Camp New Ampsterdam (Air Force) back in the late 70's (76-78). There was a show in Rotterdam with a whole host of stars, I think Merle Haggard was the big draw to finish the show. Anyway, you were playing for Tom Paul Glaser. That was the first time I ever had privelage of seeing you live. Granted I was in the nose bleed seats, but it still sounded great. Was that your first trip to Europe? I remember that the crowd wouldn't let you off stage without playing an instrumental! Another question, just curiosity. George Hamilton IV was the MC and refered to you as Chester, what's that all about? Thanks for the memories. Whip
